Ideally:
- You can easily feel their bones when hugging them around the middle and you can feel fat too
- Their waist is visible when looking down at them

It’s a bittersweet time for all of us here at Heubner Ridder Veterinary Hospital. After 9 wonderful years, our incredible Registered Veterinary Technician Amanda Scott has decided to start a new chapter out west in Alberta.
Amanda has been such a big part of our family — she’s kept our surgery department running like clockwork, cared for every patient as if they were her own, and brought kindness, laughter, and dedication to our team every single day.
It’s hard to imagine the clinic without her, but we couldn’t be prouder of all she’s achieved and the exciting opportunities ahead.
Please join us in wishing Amanda all the best on her new journey — Alberta is lucky to have her! 💐🐾
