🍂☀️ We’re so fortunate to still enjoy the most beautiful fall weather. Being present with the horses, brushing, connecting, learning and taking in the feedback we get from these majestic animals 💫. Debriefing by a cup of warm tea and homemade cookies. Then a walk through the trail full of 🍂 and the smell of nature was the best way to finish off the day!

A few words from a client, shared with permission:

„This is what I have taken from ladies life and horses🥰

One of the most meaningful things I experienced with horses is that they helped me experience connection without needing to find the right words.

They help me stay present.
Encouraged me to focus on my breathing, movements, and surroundings rather than getting caught up in worries or painful thoughts.“

Yesterday morning while checking fences I allowed myself to stop and enjoy a few minutes to soak in my surroundings. The ☀️ on my face, the 💨 in my hair and munching 🐴🐴🐴 all around me.
If you‘d like some „me time“ in the presence of horses send me a message ✨.
