Hi Friends!

I just wanted to make a quick post regarding scheduling! If you call my phone and I don’t answer it usually means I am working with a dog on the table and am unable to answer. Please leave me a message or send me a text and I will get back to you as soon as I have a free moment. I will usually go through my messages and missed calls throughout the day or at the end of my day! So if I don’t answer right away please don’t worry, I will get back to you! 😊

Please make sure your dog is flea-free before arriving for grooming or boarding appointments. If visible fleas are found during your grooming appointment, you will be asked to return home and have your dog properly treated before we can continue services.

Once treatment has been completed, we will gladly rebook your grooming appointment. This policy helps us keep all pets in our care safe, clean, and comfortable.
