Murphy's law was in full effect at the salon today. After months of our internet creating havoc for payment processing we finally got a new provider and the install was scheduled for today (woohoo!!) So what does our furnace do? Decide it isnt ready to come back from its summer vacation!! So 2 contractors scheduled for the same day and a full grooming schedule...challenge accepted...I guess lol

Thank you to all the clients for their patience, also there was a brief period where our phones were down and our new voicemail had not yet been properly set up so if you tried to call today and couldnt leave a message we do apologize, everything seems to be functional again now.

Seems like it was "bringing a buddy" day at Cross Cuts with all our grooming clients showing up with their siblings!!

Even our walkin clients seemed to all be doubled up 😂

Speaking of walk ins...did you forget something on your to do list? Don't worry your in luck!!! This weekend we are running our charity nail trim clinic at Pet Valu!!!

Stop by tomorrow (Sunday Oct 5th) from 11 am to 3 pm and we can give your pet a pawdicure with 100% of the proceeds goingvto support the Lakeland Humane Society

Well its Friday once again...where do the weeks go?

There will be a groomer on staff for nail trims tomorrow and we will be at Pet Valu this Sunday doing nail trims for the Lakeland Humane Society from 11an to 3 pm.

We hope to see some familiar faces and maybe some new friends too!!

Our next charity nail trim clinic is right around the corner!!!

Terri & Jessica will be at Pet Valu THIS Sunday from 11 am to 3 pm raising funds for our favourite local charity, the !!

Nail trims are only $10+ gst with 100% of the proceeds going to support homeless animals right here in our community!!!

Dogs, cats, bunnies & even Ferrets are more than welcomed!!!

In observation of the National day of truth and reconciliation there will be NO grooming services today, Tuesday September 30th, 2025.

Regular grooming services will return tomorrow Wednesday October 1st, 2025.
