There’s a lot that goes on in a Veterinary Hospital, and our team works hard to ensure our clients and our patients, are well cared for!
As our valued clients , we know we may keep you on hold a bit longer when you call us 📞 and sometimes it may take a bit longer to recieve your food or medication order .
Often those delays are because an emergency took place earlier in the day , or perhaps the world stopped for a bit while we said goodbye to someones loved one ❤️🐾
We kindly ask for 72 hours to fill prescriptions, and when ordering food- please give us as much lead time as possible .
If we’re running into a long weekend - orders will always be placed earlier.
Please ask our team about setting up an auto-ship to ensure your food is always on time and you never run out !
