Thank you so much everyone for your interest and support! We have received over 50 inquiries for the spay/neuter clinic and will be pausing registration for now! We will keep our Facebook updated if we open up registration again!

As temperatures are high, it is important to ensure to keep your pets health in mind and keep them safe.

💧 Keep your pets cool and safe:
- Fresh water available at all times
- Walks early in the morning or late evening
- Never leave pets in a parked car (even for a minute!)

Watch for signs of heatstroke: heavy panting, drooling, vomiting, weakness, disorientation, etc
Did you know... in some cases heat stroke can take up to 2-3 days to show effect!

If you come across a pet locked inside a vehicle you are welcome to call the non-emergent line to evaluate the severity of the situation at (519) 436-6600

🚨 Rabies Case Confirmed in Chatham-Kent 🚨

Public Health has notified the community about a bat testing positive for rabies, and a suspected raccoon with its details pending.

A 100% fatal disease is preventable in many ways...
✔️ Vaccinating your pets against rabies - ask us about how your pet can become eligible for a 3 year rabies vaccine
✔️ Avoid contact with wild animals - hire a professional for proper removal if wildlife enters your house

We’ve recently planted a tree on our property as we are hoping to provide a new memorial garden.

This space is meant to offer a sense of calm, reflection, and respect for the lives we’ve had the honor to care for. The tree will grow over time, just as the memories of these animals stay with us and the families who loved them.

Thank you for trusting us during some of the most important and emotional moments. It’s a privilege we don’t take lightly.
