Looking back on where it all started, I’m not sure I would believe you if you told me I would be where I am today. This industry is tough. It’s tough mentally, physically and emotionally. I have changed my program to match how I am changing as an individual, how I am growing and adapting from struggles and successes. There has been so many people who have made an impact on me along the way, mentors who have truly shaped who I am and what my program is all about.
To the young equestrians starting out on your professional adventure, I hope you know it will be hard, it will make you question everything but it will also give more rewards then you ever thought possible.
You don’t grow by avoiding challenges. You grow by facing them, learning from them, and choosing to move forward even when it hurts.
When life tests you, remember this: every obstacle you overcome becomes proof of your strength. Even the smallest step forward matters.
It’s been an incredible year and I can’t wait to see what 2026 has in store for team Legacy.
