Our boy Jack has come a long way, but his journey isn’t over yet.

Thanks to your support, more squares have been claimed in our 100 Kisses for Jack Fundraiser 💋, helping us cover the cost of his ongoing medical care. We are so grateful for every share, donation, and square purchased.

But we still have a long way to go.

🎟️ There are still 75+ squares available, and every square helps us continue providing the care Jack needs.

More importantly, Jack is still searching for the right foster home.

Jack isn’t looking for just any foster—he needs a special one.

Jack has been through a lot. While his skin is healing, we’re also focused on helping him feel safe, secure, and understood. The right foster home could truly change his life.

🐾 Willow Needs a Foster Home 🐾

Sometimes in rescue, our hearts break a little for the dogs who are still waiting.

Willow has already experienced more change than any young dog should. New places, new people, new routines. Through it all, she continues to show up with a wagging tail, an open heart, and hope that her person is out there.

She isn’t looking for perfection. She isn’t looking for a forever commitment right now.

She’s simply looking for someone willing to give her a safe place to land.

A place where she can learn, grow, make mistakes, and be loved through it all. A place where she can just be a puppy.

Watching Willow discover the world is a beautiful thing. Every day she gains a little more confidence, learns something new, and reminds us why rescue is worth it.

Now she just needs someone to believe in her.

🐾 Jack Update: The Glow-Up Is Real 🐾

Excuse us while we show off our handsome man for a minute… 😍

After everything he’s been through, Jack is finally starting to look like himself again! It’s been a long road filled with healing, recovery, and more than a few bumps along the way, but this guy is proving just how tough he is.

Don’t get us wrong—he’s still a work in progress. But every day we see a little more of the handsome boy hiding underneath, and we are absolutely here for the comeback story. ❤️

Now for the part where Jack would like to make a formal request…

We are at a critical point and need our community to step up.

💔 Willow needs a foster.
💔 Jack needs a foster.
🐾 Five young puppies are waiting to come into rescue, but we cannot bring them in without foster homes ready for them.

Fostering truly saves lives. Every foster home that opens its doors allows us to help another dog in need. Right now, we have dogs waiting for a chance, but without fosters, we simply don’t have the space to take them in.

Whether you can help for a few weeks or a few months, your support makes all the difference. We provide guidance and support every step of the way—you provide the love, safety, and temporary home they need while they await their forever families.

Please consider opening your home to a rescue dog. If fostering isn’t possible for you, sharing this post could help us reach someone who can.

Our sweet girl Luna has officially found her forever home! ❤️🐾

While we’re going to miss this little girl more than words can say, our hearts are so full knowing she has found such an amazing family to call her own. From her first days with us, Luna kept us on our toes, made us laugh, challenged us, and showed us just how much love can fit into one little pup.

Watching her grow in confidence and work through her fears has been incredibly rewarding. Every milestone, every tail wag, and every victory has led her to this moment.

To Luna’s new family: thank you for opening your hearts and home to this special girl. We know she is going to be loved beyond measure and spoiled exactly as she deserves. ❤️

Did you know that resource guarding is a natural behavior for many dogs?

Resource guarding happens when a dog feels the need to protect something valuable to them, such as:
🍖 Food
🦴 Toys
🛏️ Beds or resting spots
❤️ Even people

Signs can include:
⚠️ Freezing or stiffening
⚠️ Moving away with an item
⚠️ Growling
⚠️ Snapping or biting

The most important thing to remember:
❌ Don’t punish the warning signs.
✅ Respect your dog’s communication and work on building trust.

If your dog shows signs of resource guarding, seek guidance from a qualified trainer or behavior professional. Early intervention can make a huge difference.

🌞 Sunday Funday with Luna! 🌞

Today, Luna traded in her puppy duties for some yard work supervision! 🐾🌱

We spent the day outside tackling a few projects, and it turned into a wonderful opportunity for Luna to work through some of her fears. Meeting new people can be a little scary for this girl, but we’re happy to report that a combination of patient strangers, tasty treats, and lots of positive encouragement worked wonders. ❤️

Watching her build confidence one interaction at a time is incredibly rewarding. Every new experience is a chance for Luna to learn that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.

We’re so proud of this brave little girl and all the progress she’s making. 🥰

Now that the yard work is done, it’s time for some well-earned puppy naps! 😴🐶
