Myth or Truth? Let’s Fact Check! 🎄🍫

❌ MYTH:
“A tiny piece of holiday chocolate won’t hurt my pet.”

✅ TRUTH:
Even small amounts of chocolate can be dangerous for pets. Chocolate contains theobromine and caffeine, which pets cannot metabolize safely. With holiday treats, gift baskets, and baking everywhere this time of year, accidental exposures happen fast — and even a little nibble can lead to vomiting, restlessness, tremors, or serious heart problems.

Keep all chocolate and baked goods well out of reach.

✨Why do puppies and kittens need three rounds of vaccines? ✨
Because their tiny immune systems need time to build strong, lasting protection! 💪🐾

🍼 When they’re born, they still have mom’s antibodies, which is great, but those antibodies can block vaccines from working fully.
💉 That’s why we give a series of 3 boosters, usually 3–4 weeks apart, to make sure each dose has the best chance to “stick” as mom’s antibodies fade.
🛡️ By the end of the series, your puppy or kitten has reliable protection against serious diseases like parvo and distemper.

Did you know American Bulldogs actually descended from English Bulldogs brought over by working-class immigrants in the 17th-18th centuries? 🤯
They were bred for real farm work — guarding property and catching livestock — and their build shows it. These dogs are strong, athletic, and can weigh anywhere from 60-120 lbs! 💪🐾

After nearly going extinct post-WWII, two dedicated breeders (John D. Johnson & Alan Scott) helped revive the breed and preserve what we know today.

American Bulldogs are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and protective nature — early socialization and consistent training are key to bring out their best! 🤍
