Tail Blazers Health Food Store For Pets on Fairmount Drive Hi! We’re Joe and Kim, proud Acadia locals and the even prouder owners of Acadia Tail Blazers.

We’ve always had a passion for animals and living a healthy, active lifestyle — and we’re excited to bring that energy into the store and community. Our fur baby, Phoebe, is a Boxer/Staffy mix with lots of personality and an even bigger heart. She keeps us on our toes and reminds us daily just how special the bond between humans and pets can be. We’re thrilled to be part of the Tail Blazers family and can’t wait to meet you and your pets. Whether you're popping in for your go-to products or looking for something new and natural, we're here to help. Stop by and say hi — we’d love to get to know you (and give your pup and/or kitty a treat or two)!

Spooky Ingredients!👻

Some things are supposed to be scary in October... but your pet’s ingredient list shouldn’t be one of them!

Artificial colours, chemical preservatives, added sugars and more — there are ingredients commonly found in pet foods and treats that don’t meet Tail Blazers’ standards.

We’re picky about what makes it onto our shelves.
We carefully evaluate products and ingredients because we believe pets deserve quality nutrition, and pet parents deserve to know what they’re teeding.

Explore our Ingredient Dictionary on our website or app, or stop Tail Blazers Acadia to learn more!

Have you ever spotted an ingredient on your pet’s food label that made you do a double take?
