Our freezer decided to give us a little middle-of-the-night surprise 😅

Our team and maintenance crew were out right away and did everything we could to get it repaired, but unfortunately we weren’t able to get it fixed last night. We’ve moved everything from the freezer over to our Southtrail location while repairs are underway, and we’re hoping to have it back up and running by Wednesday. We’ll keep you posted as we know more!

The good news: nothing was spoiled! We received the alarm as soon as the freezer stopped working and got there well before anything had a chance to defrost, so all the food is safe.

Thank you so much for your patience and continued support! ❤️ If you need something from the freezer and can’t make it to Southtrail, please give us a call. We’ll do our best to work with you and make sure your pets don’t go without!

Our beautiful Ruby 💕 A true Marda Loop regular!

Ruby has been loving Adored Beast Jump for Joints, which has helped with her limping. Her favourite food is Carna4 Fish, and she’s also a big fan of The Tilted Barn and South Fort Treats! 🐾

We always love seeing Ruby and her beautiful face in the store! 💕
