Unfortunately, on Monday, a fire broke out within our complex, causing significant devastation to the businesses within it.
As many of you have noticed, the complex is currently blocked off and under security. We are still processing everything that has happened, and our hearts go out to all the businesses affected.
Above all, I am beyond grateful that no one was injured and that none of our beloved pets, Caressa, or myself were in the shop at the time of the fire. That is something we are incredibly thankful for.
Unfortunately, our shop sustained extensive smoke damage. We are currently working closely with our insurance company and investigators to determine the next steps and begin the cleanup and restoration process as quickly and safely as possible.
At this time, we must wait for insurance to provide direction before we can begin rebuilding and determine when we will be able to reopen.
We know how much you all depend on us to care for your beloved pets, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this incredibly difficult time.
Please understand that some upcoming appointments may need to be rescheduled as we navigate this process. Our priority is ensuring that our shop is safe, clean, and suitable for your pets before we welcome them back.
We will continue to keep everyone updated as we receive more information.
