Here we go… freezing our first bull! With help from the iSperm, we are able to accurately measure both motility and concentration of a sample. This bull’s sample was found to have 297,670,000 million s***m cells per milliliter of semen.

Do you own a bull that you would like to get collected to use in your herd via artificial insemination?

Starting later this summer, IVS will be equipped to collect and freeze semen for owners’ use!

We are excited to be able to provide this valuable service to our clients to help you preserve elite genetics!

Just a quick note! IVS is a large animal practice and does not provide routine or emergency medical care for dogs, cats and other companion animals. We have recently had a large volume of calls to the office from pet owners looking to make an appointment. While we thank you for inquiring with us, please book your furry friends in with one of the various small animal practices in Brandon or the surrounding communities!

And to the owner who said, “but my Great Dane is a large animal!”, thank you for the chuckle!
