June is Adopt a Cat Month!
If there's one thing Adopt a Cat Month reminds us, it's that some of the best friendships start with a second chance❤️
Meet our RVT Sydney and her two rescue cats, Mittens and Dutch.
Mittens spent 364 days at the London Humane Society waiting for someone to choose her. At 13 years old, she was often passed over, but now this sweet senior spends her days doing what she does best: napping, collecting chin scratches, and demanding quality butt pats. She was originally adopted by Sydney's grandmother and later found her way to Sydney and her partner, exactly where she was meant to be.
Dutch took a different route to her forever home. She wandered into their garage as a stray and made herself comfortable for a week before wet food finally convinced her to come inside. Fast forward 2.5 years, and she's living her best life, stalking her humans, going for harness walks, and making sure everyone hears her signature thud whenever she lands.
Two completely different stories, one happy ending✨
