Today we celebrate not just the incredible woman who runs our hospital with strength, grace, compassion and unmatched dedication—but someone who means so much more to me and my family.

Erika, watching you grow from a bright, naïve young girl into the strong, successful, and truly powerful woman you are today has been one of the greatest joys of my life. You’ve become the backbone of our clinic and a constant, inspiring presence for everyone who walks through our doors.

But beyond the work—you’ve been like a daughter to me… and a big sister my own girls have always looked up to with admiration and love.
