We’re hiring!

Smiling Faces Equestrian is looking to add an office person / administrator to our team.

This role includes:
• Scheduling staff and volunteers
• Organizing events and activities
• Bookkeeping
• Managing emails and general admin tasks
• Assisting with implementing new procedures and programs

Position details:
• Part-time availability
• Must be 18+
• Flexible availability required
• Experience with QuickBooks is required
• Strong organizational skills and experience with event planning preferred
• Animal experience is not required, but is considered an asset
• Opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate
