So this message has been a while coming. I would like to say to All my Valued clients that I really appreciate Grooming their Poochies!! But I have been dealing with quite a few clients that seem to think my time is not Valuable???
I would like to say I will no longer accept clients that think it is okay to call me 10mins before an app that I have held for them to cancel without payment of the grooming appointment.
I have allowed people to reschedule with no reprecussions.I understand due to illness & emergency purposes that you cannot make it.I feel that I have been understanding 1,2,3 times???
My time is very valuable to me & to my clients that appreciate what I do.For future purposes if someone does not give me at least 12hrs in advance notice I will be charging for the spot that is held.
If the person wants to reschedule then the app that they did not show for or cancel within the time I have mentioned must be paid before I will reschedule.
I hate to post these type of things as I feel this would be common courtesy as this would not happen at your Doctors Office Or The Big Box stores that make you pay in advance.

Hello to all my clients I would like to give a heads up.I have already been pre booking grooms for the month of DecemberAnyone wanting to have their pets cleaned up before Christmas should book A.S.A.P!!!!
As you know there are less the 10 Sundays left until the Big Day!!!
I will only be taking grooms until the 20th of December as I also have to prepare for my Holiday's.
I already have limited space.
