This means we constantly strive to provide our clients and their pets the best possible care in the industry. Being certified as an AAHA clinic means that we are evaluated on over 900 standards of veterinary

care. We are also the only Fear Free Certified clinic in Airdrie. This means we constantly strive to achieve a positive experience for our patients while preventing and alleviating fear, anxiety & stress in pets by inspiring and educating the people who care for them.

🪥 Don't forget to have your pets teeth looked at on a regular basis, we always recommend and include it in our Annual Check-ups, this allows us to catch signs of dental disease before they progress. 🪥

⭐️ If you have a hard time cleaning your pets teeth at home, you are not alone!! It can be a task to say the least, but we will happily assist you with step by step plans to make it stress free for both you and your pet! Luckily, there are also tools like dental focused kibble, water additives, dental treats and flavored toothpaste that can make the task easier! 🫧

🥳 It's with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to our techincian assistant Kelsie! Kelsie has been with Airdrie Animal Health Centre for 4 years now, and was a wonderful CSR at the front desk before she moved into the back to assist our technicians. Kelsie will be moving to another role within the company, so you might still hear her lovely voice on the phone! 🥳

There are so many reasons to adopt from a shelter when looking for your next fuzzy family member!

⭐️ Unconditional love! Studies show that rescue pets have stronger bonds to their owners.
⭐️ Most pets have had vaccines, been spayed or neutered, saving you moolah!
⭐️ You are supporting your community
⭐️ You are helping to keep pets off the streets and saving a life! Remember, litters born and sold privately are not at risk of euthanasia like the ones in some rescues and shelters.

Please consider rescuing from shelters if you are looking for a companion! If you're not looking for a pet, consider volunteering at your local shelter, visits and attention can go a very long way for those in captivity.
