Black Diamond Farm – Afterschool Horse Program

Our afterschool program is designed for children who want consistent, hands-on time with horses while developing confidence, skills, and independence.

This is more than a lesson — it’s a structured program where riders build real relationships with the horses while learning both riding and essential horsemanship.

Each 1.5-hour session includes:

* Riding time tailored to skill level
* Grooming and horse care
* Barn routines and responsibility
* Group learning and confidence-building activities

We group riders thoughtfully to create a fun, supportive environment while maintaining strong safety standards.

Limited Enrollment – Spring Intake
Programs fill quickly and run in structured sessions.

Investment: $70 per session
5+ years old

Black Diamond Farm – Advanced Rider Development Program

This program is designed for riders who are ready to progress beyond recreational riding into more focused skill development.

With limited spots available, this small-group program provides a more individualized experience using our top lesson horses.

Riders will focus on:

* Position, balance, and rider effectiveness
* Horse communication and feel
* Skill progression and goal setting
* Introduction to more advanced concepts and techniques

This is a premium program intended for committed riders who want to grow.

5:00 – 6:15 PM
Limited to 4 riders

These riders tend to volunteer 3:00-4:45pm

Investment: $90 per session

HOMESCHOOL HORSE PROGRAM

We just opened 2 spots in our Lil Gems Homeschool Horse Program

This is one of our smallest and most intentional groups — only 4–6 riders — so each child gets real hands-on time and confidence around the horses.

It’s not just riding.

Each session includes:
• Grooming & horse care
• Learning how to safely handle and understand horses
• Riding time tailored to each child
• Building confidence, responsibility, and independence

We keep this group calm, structured, and supportive — perfect for kids who thrive in a quieter learning environment.
