Suitable for ALL LEVELS. People not competing, Beginners, Competing, Regional / National level, those that never want to compete but want to be more successful even in group class! Those that are competing and want to go as far as they can.

-Managing nerves
-Dealing with pressure
-Staying focused in the agility ring so you can support your dog
-Creating effective pre-run routines to get your mind mentally ready, as well as post-run routines to decompress.
Dr. Susan Thompson has a PhD in Psychology, with specializations in Sports Performance, and has been a Psychology Department Faculty Member of Kwantlen Polytechnic University since 2001. Susan is also a coach in equestrian disciplines, holding a Competition Coach Advanced Specialist Certification, an Equestrian Canada Coach license, so has previous experience working with animal teams.
