Dear Valued Clients,
It has come to our attention that some pets are being dropped off without the required vaccination records. Please note that this will not be permitted under any circumstances.
As part of our duty of care, and to ensure the health and safety of all animals in our facility, we will not take any bookings without up-to-date vaccination documentation at the time of booking via email or during drop off.
Vaccination reminders are automatically sent through our booking system, and our vaccination policy is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions—both on our website and at the time of booking.
Required Vaccinations:
For Dogs:
C5 (preferred, as it covers all required components)
OR C3 or C4
PLUS a current Kennel Cough (Bordetella) vaccination
For Cats:
F3 or F4 vaccination
The wellbeing of your pets is our highest priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all animals in our care.
