MOBILE DOG GROOMER WANTED – PENRITH
Hey all! We’re looking for a mobile dog groomer who may be interested in setting up at our training and daycare facility in Penrith on a regular or semi-regular basis.
We have a large client base, many of whom already utilise regular grooming services, and we’d love to make things a little easier by allowing dogs to be dropped off for daycare, have their groom during the day, then continue enjoying their day with us until pick-up.
We can offer:
* A regular location to operate from at our Penrith facility
* Access to water and electricity
* Exposure and promotion to our existing client base and facility visitors
* The opportunity to become our preferred/recommended groomer for clients looking for grooming services
* Less time and expense spent driving between appointments
* The ability to take bookings from both our clients and the general public
Dogs who aren’t existing clients of ours would also be welcome to utilise our facility while waiting for collection, provided vaccination records are supplied and the dogs are suitable and comfortable with crating/our facility environment.
We’re looking for someone who is confident working with a wide variety of breeds, sizes and coat types and can offer services such as full grooms, breed-specific clips, tidy trims, bathing/blow-drying, deshedding and nail care.
We’d also love someone who is comfortable working alongside us with dogs who may have mild behavioural or handling challenges. Some of these dogs are already working through cooperative care, muzzle conditioning and grooming/handling training, so someone patient and behaviour-conscious would be a great fit.
