This is the grooming industry done for this client that is committing slander and defamation on my business, for 4 years I did what ever she asked me to do ,but she still in the last groom had one issue ( I didn't want to proced to plug ear as ear was too gunkie to upset her dog ) so I said no I am not going to cause pain on any of my clients, I said this is a vet precedure.
And ever since she has harassed me .
I stand by my decision.
As Dog Grooming salons are not here to do internal treatments .
Thank you .
