I'm giving my winged bean seeds a chance! 🌱🤞

I'm a little worried they may no longer be viable, but there's only one way to find out... plant them and wait! 😅

Fingers crossed I see some little seedlings soon.

I'm night harvesting my Perpetual Spinach! I forgot to grab some for dinner before coming inside this afternoon🤦🏼‍♀️. We absolutely love Perpetual Spinach. I should have sown more seeds.

My first potato harvest of the season! 🥔🌱

I'd already dug up six potatoes, but I couldn't resist digging around to see if there were any more hiding underneath.

Another crop bites the dust. 😩🌱

My radishes have been badly nibbled by garden cockroaches, leaving them damaged, split and not worth keeping.

It's so disappointing when you put all that effort into growing your own food and the pests get to it first! 😭

I think I introduced the little buggers when I added my compost to the soil. I have garden cockroaches everywhere through my compost. I'll have to dry out the compost thoroughly before adding it next time.

Or I could just let my chicken into the compost heap?! 🤣

After growing since early May, it's finally time to say goodbye to my zucchini plants. 🥒👋

They've had a good run, but growth has slowed and the powdery mildew has really taken hold. Time to clear the space and make room for something new! 🌱

Nearly stepped on this little guy while walking along the path! 😳🐛

I zoomed in for a closer look... then he disappeared straight into a crack between the wall and the concrete! 👀

A slow start to the day in my garden. 🌿☀️

A little watering, a bit of pumpkin pollinating, three fresh tomatoes and a very relaxed dog supervising it all. 🐶🍅

Ruby discovered the compost had some tasty little snacks waiting for her! 🐔🪱😂

I scooped out a few bugs and she gobbled them up straight away. Then, of course, she got a pat for being such a good girl. ❤️
