Calling all froggy friends, we have our first frogs in store!!! These little guys are Eastern Pobblebonks, they have a peculiar name and an equally peculiar call which their name originates from. They certainly arent the most showy frogs and do like to burrow, but they will come out frequently enough especially for food, which is expected from their rotund form. Be sure to swing in soon and see our new gravity altering friends.

Hey Animals Lovers Of A Scaly Disposition

We have another first for Tidepool Aquatics as we have gotten some incredibly adorable sand dwelling friends in. These are k**b tailed geckos, specific species are listed below, they are a reasonably simple gecko to keep and have some fantastic colours that just really adds to their oversized heads. If a bobblehead with legs is something that would suit you, then be sure to swing by the store now!

To celebrate the Townsville show we are doing our own show bags of mystery coral! The bag have guaranteed higher value than you pay for and if you are lucky there is a chance for a gold torch or other high end corals!! Hey fellow exoskeleton lovers

The final insect order has just landed in store, we have plenty of marbled scorpions in, as well as a bunch of stick insect eggs! Most notablely the titan stick insect!

Tidepool Aquatics is slowly creeping into the amazing and exotic world of frog and reptiles but also to the fascinating and often times misjudged domain of our exoskeleton laden companions. Insects of all shapes and sizes are trickling their way into our store with some already waiting for a new curious home.

We have some Australian Pygmy Rainforest Tarantulas (C. tropix), Desert Scorpions (U. yaschenkoi) bioactive kits and soon some amazing species of stick insects and much more.
