Rainy days are for planting trees 🌳🌧

Shepparton Plant farm haul adding some greenery and shade to the property. I think we have planted near on 100 trees in the last 2 years and starting to see some take off is exciting!

A few of the projects:
- Barn hedge
- Paddock laneway shade
- Replacement trees for the wind break and cross country
- Driveway feature trees

APSB North Central Foal & Youngstock show

A beautiful morning at Heathcote Showgrounds for Archie and Josh. Another outing under their belt and gaining more exposure out in a busy show environment. Only a few quick photos but super pleased with them both!

3.5 year old EPE Fibonacci Golden Spiral (Golden West NRW x BB Bella Flemme).

Currently measuring up to height for Pony Dressage, however I think he may end up a touch over. We will have to wait and see! Planning on a quiet winter ticking him along before his competition debut later this year!

In-between showers of rain, sunshine and thunder storms, today was rather productive with the horses!

Here we have Tony the Pony being a legend as per usual. Stepping in as lead horse for one of the breakers (he isn't the tank of a thing you would think of but he is sturdy, safe and that makes up for his short stature! I find ponying a great way to develop confidence in new spaces, a willingness to travel forward, and for familiarising the young ones with all the sounds and movement a rider makes.
