Tips to help book online

In notes, provide us with days and times that suit you. Then we can fit you in when you’re available rather than the next available

📝Provide us the grooming history of your pet. This helps us place them at a time or groomer that specialises in your pet’s needs

👎We are a small business with large overheads. Don’t block an appointment time if all you are after is a price.
📞Call us, we’re really helpful and can answer your questions., provide a more accurate quote and find a schedule that will fit for everone

🚩Cancellations for no reason flag you as a customer in our system. It will make rebooking difficult, so please book your pet in when you have the time.

Delaying their groom can impact their health and comfort

A regular grooming schedule helps:
•establish a bond with their groomer (great for anxious dogs)
•maintains a healthy coat
•keeps an eye on any developing conditions (skin, lesions, a**l glands, flea/tick control, teeth & ear health)

We can’t wait to take you on a tour of our new fancy salon for your furry friends.

It’s been months in the making and we’ve finally closed up shop here in Caloundra and readying ourselves for the next chapter in Currimundi Market Nicklin Way.
Sean and I are so very proud of what we’ve achieved here in Baldwin Street, for the loyal customer base that we have built, to the amazing, funny, memories we’ve made in this humble little shed with our staff, family and friends. We have shed a lot of tears in this place, saying goodbye to pets that have held our hearts, to personal challenges that all our staff have faced Ultimately we have grown as a couple, as business people, retailers and we are extremely proud of the fact that we are knowledgeable in our field of exotic animal care that we are your go to shop for your beloved animals.

None of this will change with our move to Currimundi. We will still have the largest range of pets and pet supplies on the Sunshine Coast.

This is an appreciation post to our amazing team. Our groomers stepped up yesterday and today to get all our pooches that were scheduled for grooms Thursday, Friday and Saturday tidied up before Cyclone Alfred hits SEQ tomorrow night. Our customer service team keeps going above and beyond as well. We even did a few pick ups to help out our clientele in this hectic time. Here’s just some of the reviews we received 🥰

How’s this for prep work. Dutton had a wash and a blow dry ready for our visitors over the Christmas break. Ellie our bather had him feeling all the feels before our master groomer Heather tidied him up. Dutton is all fresh for 2025. We’re on break but ready to see all our clients from 6th Jan. Big things are coming, stay tuned for Washington Place 2.0 🥰
