Right now, our sick areas are beyond capacity.💔😿
Many of the cats waiting in these areas are suffering from treatable illnesses like cat flu or ringworm. The good news is that we provide all of the veterinary treatment, medication and care they need until they are fully recovered.
But recovery is about more than medical treatment.
So many beautiful cats are sitting in cages, waiting to get better… and shelters are not homes. The noise, stress and constant movement can make healing much harder, especially for frightened or vulnerable cats.
But we are running out of space.
These cats don't just need medical care anymore, they need people. They need foster carers, adopters and a community willing to give them a chance.
Even opening your home temporarily through fostering can make a huge difference to a cat's recovery while freeing up desperately needed space for the next emergency case arriving through our doors. We'll provide the treatment and support; all you need to provide is a safe and loving place to heal.
Every day we see loving, gentle cats being overlooked while they wait in our sick areas, hoping someone will choose them.
If you've ever thought about fostering or adopting, now is the time. We urgently need your help to give these cats the comfort, safety and second chance they deserve. 💔🐾
