Conner is an older gentleman and is a big staff favourite. He is always very well behaved, but it doesn't mean we still don't need to adjust parts of the grooming process as we do for plenty of our senior dogs.
Nicole did a great job at keeping Conner comfortable, with low pressure drying, gentle handling and lots of breaks.
