May be a little bit slower with things for the next couple of weeks 😭 Anyone that knows me knows I'm not a fan of doctors and just hope things go away. After falling over months ago, my hip has never been the same...

Well, turns out my fall did a little more damage than I originally thought!

MRI results are in, and I've managed to give myself a severe bone bruise with tiny fractures inside the weight-bearing part of my left hip socket.

Basically, the impact was hard enough to damage the internal structure of the bone, without causing a full break or displacement. (Thankgod!!)

So while nothing is completely broken, it's definitely not just a bruise either

Not exactly the results I was hoping for, but at least I finally have some answers. Now for the fun part… recovery! 2 weeks of rest and crutches and if still not great then off to a specialist 😬
