What is Bowen Therapy?
Bowen therapy is a non invasive, gentle form of body work that is safe to perform on young to elderly horses. The treatment stimulates the lymphatic system which removes toxic material from the body and through the small moves applied using fingers it helps release hard muscle and even heals scarred tissues. The treatment creates deep, long lasting healing and pain relief and also is able to treat varying injuries whether they are acute or chronic.
Bowen is very relaxing and helps horses that have emotional issues or anxiety as it stimulates the whole central nervous system.
