Avian Influenza (H5N1) has been detected in Australia. To help protect our staff, patients, and the community, we are following strict biosecurity measures.

If you are bringing a bird to our clinic:
🐦 Do NOT bring the bird inside the clinic – this includes sick, injured, or deceased birds.
📞 Call us before bringing in a bird or entering to let our team know you've arrived.
🚗 Please remain in your vehicle & a team member will come out to assist you.

These simple steps help reduce the risk of disease transmission and keep everyone safe.

If you suspect avian influenza in birds, contact the Emergency Animal Disease Hotline: 1800 675 888.

Busby came in recently to have his foot stitched up and, even though he was feeling anxious, our team did everything they could to help him feel safe, calm, and loved 🐾💙
