MoSuKi Bunny Shop has been established in 2015 with the aim of providing a healthy and affordable range of Rabbits and Guinea Pigs treats. MoSuKi is short for Momo, Sunny and Kisa, 3 spoil house rabbits who thought that their other rabbit friends should also be able to have delicious treats that are safe for them to eat. They want to make sure that the prices they sell their treats is affordable f

They also love helping Rabbit Rescues and other Animal charities to raise funds. Their Favourite Charity is BigEars Animal Sanctuary Inc in Northern Tasmania. Shipping and payment

All products are shipped within 5 business days of order being paid either via Paypal or Bank transfer. Please note that there may be additional delays with bank transfers depending on your bank. All local and interstate orders are shipped via Australia Post or Courier. Where available the courier option will be displayed on the payment page. If you would like to have a courier delivery to an office or business, please include the business name in your shipping address. If you would like us to quote a courier fees on an order, let us know and we can check the courier fees and add and additional courier option for your postcode.

We have been advised that there is an issue with Australia Post API which is stopping orders from going through.

If you need to place an order,
1. Put items in your cart and start the check out process and add all details till it stop you from going further
2. Once this is done, send us an email or DM and we will manually push the order through
3. Ignore the automated email that confirm the order and wait for us to email back the invoice confirming the amt is right after we have checked it and the banking details. Unfortunatley all orders will need to be paid by bank transfer as we cannot do manual paypal or credit card payment.

Please note that Australia Post Fuel surcharge is increasing on the 23rd April and likely will increase again if fuel prices keep skyrocketting.

This mean that we would need to review the postage cost and likely would need to add an extra shipping and handling fee to cover the aust post increase as these does not get charged on the postage fees currently. We have been absorbing this cost previously but with the increase being more than double, this will not be possible.

Would you like us to bring in mystery boxes of toys and treats regularly every month or every 2 month? We would likely do 2 types so that those who get 2 boxes gets 2 different boxes. For those who get 1 box, they would be random box.
