This week, we welcomed a group of wonderful international business students from Biola University, California to Country Heritage Feeds for a behind-the-scenes look at our family-owned business.

The students toured our organic feed mill and heard from our Managing Director, Katrina Hobbs, about leadership, resilience, and her journey as a woman in business. Brenton also shared his story as a young person rising to leadership in family business.

Country Heritage Feeds is looking for a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson / Maintenance Planner to join our team in Pittsworth.

About the Role:

Maintain, repair & improve feed mill equipment
Troubleshoot faults & complete repairs
Work alongside production to keep things running smoothly
Use maintenance software to track & schedule work
Support maintenance planning across the group

About You:

Trade qualified (fitting/fabrication or similar)
Experience in manufacturing/ag equipment (preferred)
Confident using maintenance systems
Strong problem-solver & team player
Safety-focused with a drive to improve
Supervisory experience a bonus

What We Offer:
