🐾 DAY 1 – NEW PUPPY TRAINING CLASS 🐾

Today we kicked off Day 1 of our latest Puppy Training Class here at Precision K9 Training, and this group came in ready to learn.

A fresh mix of pups, owners, and plenty of energy made for an awesome first session.

We focused on the foundations that matter most at this age.
It’s always great watching the pups settle in, start thinking, and realizing they’re here to work and have fun.

Huge thank you to all the owners who showed up committed and switched on. Your involvement is what makes these classes so effective.

We’re looking forward to seeing this group progress over the next few weeks.
Plenty of growth ahead.

Stay tuned for updates and photos as the course continues 🐶💛

Snake avoidance is coming to Mandurah.

Snakes are already out, and a dog that finds one in the backyard or on a walk won’t wait for you to step in. This course teaches your dog to recognize a snake and choose to stay away on its own.

Two sessions, one week apart:
Session 1 · Sunday 25 October · 1:00 PM ·
Session 2 · Sunday 1 November · 1:00 PM ·

It’s a small group, so places are limited.

Sunny.

Brindle, built like a brick, and utterly convinced that the world revolves around him! haha

Came down the paddock quick enough that the camera nearly missed it.

A tired dog is a happy dog.

Pablo.

Black and tan, white chest, and one ear permanently at a jaunty angle!

Came flying past the camera, then circled back to check we'd got the shot. We had.

Power. Focus. Control.

Thor — and both frames are the same dog inside a couple of minutes.

Standing, ears up, waiting for the next instruction. Then flat out across the grass the moment it comes.

Get in touch — we're ready whenever you are.

Sitting still is a skill.

Cookie — parked, waiting, watching, and not going anywhere until released.

It looks like nothing at all. It's actually the most useful thing a dog can learn, and the thing that makes every other part of owning one easier. The door goes and the dog doesn't. Dinner happens and the dog doesn't. Visitors arrive and the dog stays exactly where it was put.

Taught clearly, practised often, and it becomes the default.

Sound like something you'd like at home? Get in touch — we're ready whenever you are.

Maze.

Rottweiler, coming in close, and completely delighted about the whole situation.

There's a particular look a big dog gets halfway through a good run — mouth open, ears back and just pure happiness. This is it.

People make their minds up quickly.

Eggsy. Big ears, bigger grin, sitting there perfectly content 🐾

A dog that looks like this gets assumptions made about it before anyone has said hello. Too much, too strong, too full-on. Then they actually meet the dog and he is a legend!

Every breed is welcome here.

Aussie.

Blue merle, full coat, coming straight down the middle at the camera.

Sat beautifully for a portrait about thirty seconds before this. Then remembered that running exists.
