𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗲 — 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺! 🌟
𝗖𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗲 has just joined us as our new 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board.
We asked Chloe a few questions so you can get to know her better!
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙘?
I’m a Veterinary Nurse, so you’ll often see me in consults alongside our vets, running nurse appointments, and helping with procedures. My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙩𝙨? 𝙏𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢!
I share my life with three wonderful Whippets!
𝗘𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗲 is my senior gentleman at 12½ years old. We’ve been together a long time and despite his increasing stubbornness in his old age I wouldn’t change him for anything. He still loves zooming around the yard, getting into big mischief and bossing his brothers around.
𝗛𝘂𝘅𝗹𝗲𝘆, 7, is the biggest snuggle bug you’ll ever meet. He’s always ready for an afternoon nap, will happily drool for a bite of whatever you’re eating. He has his own wardrobe of jumpers and will stare longingly at a blanket until you get up and tuck him in.
𝗗𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹, the “baby” at 4, still acts like a playful pup. He’s a sweet cuddlebug, loves a spirited round of “bitey face” with his brothers, and can out-zoom them both without breaking a sweat.
𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙙𝙖𝙮, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙮?
Considering I’m surrounded by whippets who live the high life, I wouldn’t mind swapping with one of them for a day. Lazing around and being waited on hand and foot sounds pretty great.
𝙁𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙨𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙮 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙙𝙖𝙮?
I love any savoury snacks but my go to would have to be popcorn!
𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪.
I enjoy my crafting hobbies. I mainly crochet and dabble in sewing and weaving also.
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙜𝙤-𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙏𝙑 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙚?
My go-to comfort movie would be Harry Potter (all 8 of them).
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙨?
I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and always dreamed of working in a field where I could help them. After moving from rural WA to Adelaide, I began my journey into Veterinary Nursing at TAFE SA. I was fortunate to secure a trainee position at Salisbury Veterinary Clinic, where I completed my Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing at the end of 2024. Now, I’m excited to keep building my skills and knowledge as part of the team at Millicent Veterinary Clinic.
