We frequently have dogs and cats bought into the clinic as they have lost their way .. be it the gate or a door may have been left open, there has been thunder around or one of many other reasons our pets can go missing.
The sure way we can quickly return your pet is by you ensuring they are microchipped and that the microchip details are kept up to date then all we need to do is a quick scan and check of details then we can give you a call to reunite you.
Microchipping is a simple
Process that lasts a lifetime.

Our clinic is excited to be your local stockist of Prime 100!!

Prime 100 is formulated to be a complete and balanced diet consisting of only one meat protein – in a choice of either Kangaroo, Duck, Chicken, Beef, Salmon, Turkey, crocodile or Lamb to help manage food sensitivities and support lifelong health for dogs of all ages and is Australian made.🇦🇺

We are currently stocking fresh rolls and slow cooked cartons for dogs 🐶 and new in are nibbles treats for cats!🐈
Pop into the clinic to have a chat about which flavour would most suit your pets needs.
We can also order in anything from the prime range upon request with orders being placed twice weekly!

🚧 Floor Update + Important Entry Info 🚧
Stage one of our new floors is officially happening this Easter weekend and all of next week. 🛠️✨
During this time, all clients will need to enter via the side shed entrance — just follow the signs and you’ll be guided the right way.
Aside from the temporary change to the waiting area and entrance, it’s business as usual inside. ✅
Please excuse the noise, dust, and temporary waiting room chic while our trusty tradies work their magic. We promise it’ll be worth it once the floors are in! 😅🙌

Easter treats are tempting for pets—please keep these well out of reach:

🥯 Hot cross buns (sultanas/raisins)

⚠️ Chocolate toxicity signs (2–12 hrs):
Vomiting, diarrhoea, restlessness, panting, fast heart rate, tremors, seizures, fever.

With thunderstorms rolling through Millicent today and more wild weather possible into the weekend, it’s a good time to make sure your pets are safe and comfortable at home.

Storms can be very stressful for our furry family members. Here are a few tips to help:

🐶 Bring pets indoors before the storm hits
🏠 Create a safe, quiet space with their bed and favourite blanket
🎶 Use background noise (TV/radio) to help muffle thunder
🦴 Offer enrichment (lick mats, long-lasting treats) to keep them distracted
🔒 Check fences and gates are secure in case of panic escapes
📛 Make sure ID tags and microchip details are up to date
