More fake $50 have surfaced after the report of a counterfeit note being found at Mount Gambier's Uniting Church Thrift Shop this week.
Staff at Mount Gambier's Lifeline op shop today located a counterfeit note (pictured, showing both sides) while processing the banking this week, and it's understood at least one other op shop in the city has also received a fake note.
The pictured note shows miscut edges, and misaligned graphics on the bottom of the white and coloured stripes on the second image.
