10 YEARS OLD, DUMPED AND NOW AT RISK OF EUTHANASIA. BUT IF WE FIND A SUITABLE FOSTER CARER WE CAN SAVE HER LIFE
This is Hazel. Hazel is 10 years old. Hazel has been dumped in a remote area pound and they’re over flowing with dogs so she’s on the list to be sent to sleep.
She’s desexed. She’s good with people and has shown no issues with dogs in the pound. If we can lock in a foster carer,we will transport her to safety in Brisbane.

POOR 12 YEAR OLD RUBY HAS BEEN SURRENDERED BECAUSE HER OWNER MOVED TO A NEW HOUSE AND HER LANDLORD SAID NO DOGS!

Can you imagine poor Ruby gave 12 years of her life and then in one moment it is nearly over.

FOUND HEARTS has promised to save her. An urgent carer has been found in Sydney for a few days to enable us to get a carer and bring her to Victoria!

We are trying to find transport today to bring her to Victoria we now just need you - a caring foster carer who can give her time and patience and love and let her know there are people who love her in this world.

Thanks for your email and I hope you’ve been well.



I’ve followed up with the Minister for Agriculture’s office today as I haven’t received a response as of yet. For background, it can take time for ministerial offices to review information and give back responses, sometimes it’s quick and other times it’s not unfortunately.



Regarding meeting with the Premier, I do want to manage expectations and let you know that unfortunately this isn’t something that can be arranged. The Premier’s schedule is incredibly tight and those matters are usually handled through local MPs, as you have been doing with us, who then escalate issues as needed.



I will get back to you once the Minister for Agriculture’s office has been in touch with us.

KENWORTH IS CRITICAL IN A NSW POUND 😢

Sadly we do not have space at our kennels and he needs a home urgently‼️

❌The shelter is VERY concerned about his welfare in this environment ❌

He needs out asap‼️
Look at his sweet face 🥰 Kenworth is not coping in the pound environment ☹️ He is very confused and scared. He needs a home where he can feel safe and loved again ❤️

Kenworth’s owner is known and has not reclaimed him 😢

Kenworth is middle-aged boy who has had a very tough life. He is not coping in the kennel environment and whilst a happy boy with the staff is not friendly with other dogs.

Ken will need a home with secure fencing and someone home more often than not. He enjoys being around people and likes being in the office with the staff for pats before settling down for a nap. Kenworth is on the URGENT list due to his behaviours in the kennel environment.

He will need a home with structure, patience and dedication 🙏
