I don't like Matt Walsh but he's right.

Exercise/fitness is important and you should do it but you need to strengthen your psyche by doing things like reading Siege and Julius Evola or travelling the global south (Western Sydney and Sunnybank) to become racist more accurately.

Also on top of gym you should do mma and militia training.

Your tax dollars are used by non government orgs (government funded orgs run by you know who) in cooperation with banks (guess who again) to provide interest free / low interest forgivable loans specifically targetted towards hostile foreigners: India and Muslim India (Pakistan).
