I don't like Matt Walsh but he's right.

Exercise/fitness is important and you should do it but you need to strengthen your psyche by doing things like reading Siege and Julius Evola or travelling the global south (Western Sydney and Sunnybank) to become racist more accurately.

Also on top of gym you should do mma and militia training.
