🐴✨ LET US LUNGE YOUR HORSE FOR YOU! ✨🐴

Life gets busy, and we know it can be hard to find enough time to exercise your horse as often as you would like. That’s why we’re offering horse lunging sessions at Meraki Equestrian Centre! 💙

One of our team will work with your horse from the ground, with the session tailored to your horse’s experience, needs and your goals. It’s a great way to add some variety to their routine and give them extra exercise between your rides. 🐎

We’ll take care of everything for you:

✨ Getting your horse ready and fitting their lunging equipment
✨ Lunging and working with your horse
✨ Removing their equipment and caring for them afterwards
✨ Putting them back in their paddock or stable
✨ Fitting their rug and fly mask again, if needed

You can relax knowing your four-legged friend is getting some attention and exercise, even when you’re short on time! 🥰

📲 Bookings can be made through EC Pro. Please let us know about your horse, their lunging experience and anything you would like us to focus on.

GROUNDWORK LESSONS! ✨🐴

Would you love to build a stronger connection with your horse and learn how to communicate with them from the ground? 💙

We’re excited to introduce groundwork lessons at Meraki Equestrian Centre! These lessons are all about developing your confidence, horsemanship skills and understanding of horses while working alongside them. 🐎

Depending on your experience and what you would like to learn, your lesson may include:

✨ Learning how to safely handle and lead a horse
✨ Understanding horse behaviour and body language
✨ Communicating through your voice and body language
✨ Learning how to lunge a horse
✨ Practising leading, stopping, turning and backing up
✨ Working over poles and around obstacles
✨ Building trust and confidence together 💕

Groundwork is a fantastic way to get to know horses better and develop skills that can help you both on the ground and in the saddle. These lessons are suitable for beginners as well as experienced horse lovers and can be tailored to your individual goals. 🤩

🐴 Use one of our lovely Meraki horses, or bring your own horse and work on your partnership together!

💰 Lessons with your own horse are offered at a slightly lower price than lessons using one of our horses.

Please note that groundwork lessons take place entirely on the ground and do not include riding.

When booking through EC Pro, please make sure you select the correct lesson type:

💙 Groundwork lesson with one of our horses – choose this option if you would like to work with one of our lovely Meraki horses.

🐴 Groundwork lesson with your own horse – choose this option if you will be bringing your own horse. This lesson is offered at a slightly lower price.

🐴💙 MERAKI SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM 💙🐴

December & January bookings are now open!! 🤩

The Meraki Equestrian Centre School Holiday Program is so popular that the kids keep asking to come back holiday after holiday! 🥰

Get in quick and secure your child’s spot for the upcoming school holidays. Book a single day or as many as you like and yes, we have overnight camps too! 🏕️

Kids enjoy two exciting horse riding sessions each full day, tailored to their age and ability. 🐴

✨ Half-day options are available for the little ones, finishing at 12 PM! 🩷

✨ We accept PLAYON! vouchers! Send yours in before they expire!

All activities take place in our beautiful undercover arena, safely out of the weather. ☀️🌧️⛈️🌬️

Your child will:

• Learn about horse care, feeding and daily routines

• Spend time grooming, cuddling and bonding with the horses ❤️

• Learn to lead horses, tack up and untack 🐴

• Enjoy exciting mounted games designed for young riders

• Discover the essentials of stable management

• Learn how to care for riding equipment 🧼

• Dress up with their horse or pony for a fun fashion parade 🎭👒

• Pose for a special photo shoot with their favourite horse or pony 📸

To ensure personalised attention, children are grouped into beginners and more experienced riders each day. There is something for everyone!

Cute man Ferrero coming along nicely with Sarah in his first groups class ever! 🤩💙

Julia has done such a great job with him that Sarah can take over the reins now and educate him further! 🐴🤩

He’ll be up for sale soon! He is a 9 yo QH by the imported stallion Charlie Brown and he’s got the most sweetest personality! He also makes a nice jump and was taken out last week in our cross country course and he loved it! 🥰
He’s about 15hh and I originally bought him for Meraki, but I think he would be happier to be a one persons (or family) horse as he’s super affectionate 💖🌸🐴

Yesterday Julia took Duende out on the XC course 🤩🥰

And what a great ride they’ve had! Not only did he jump everything, he loved the water jump!! 💦 🐴💙

Julia will have her last day here today with us and oh my lord how will we miss her!! 😢💙
She’s been a fantastic addition to Meraki in only the 7 weeks she’s been here, but she’s family! Meraki family, and we can’t wait to have you back 🤩💖
