I’m so excited to share that I’m introducing my new personal training business! 💪❤️ Don’t worry, I’m definitely not leaving dog grooming — I’ll still be doing what I love and seeing all your beautiful doggies. I’m simply making the most of some spare time to help people regain their lives through health, fitness and feeling good in themselves again.
I’ve spent many years training hard, bodybuilding and competing, including earning and winning my Pro Cards, and I’m now really looking forward to sharing my knowledge, experience and skills with others. As a mum of three and now someone running not one, not two, but three businesses, I know firsthand just how hectic and overwhelming life can get! I want to help you find the time, confidence and motivation to put yourself first and create a healthier, stronger and happier you — because you deserve it too.
