The dehydrator is working none stop ready to get all your much loved favourites prepared right here by us. Unlike other big companies, we hand cut and dry all our products ourselves. So we can make special orders, play with cut size and assure you our products have no hidden ingredients.

Happy Sunday everyone!

I hope everyone has had a restful Chrissy and New Year?

I’m back in the salon tomorrow ready to hit into the new year running.

At this stage there will be no change to my position to my books being closed to new clients. With of course the exception of returning families if we’ve said goodbye to your loved one. You know I will always make space for you whenever you decide to welcome a new family member. And of course existing families who add another puppy. You are always fabulous giving me plenty of notice 🥰

I am so very blessed to have such a long term full client base that keeps me very busy 🙂

This year with our personal addition with Pandora. I will have very busy weekends with Aragon going into a full year of agility competition. 💚 Ravenclaw thundering down the track collecting more titles in SprintDogs. 🩷 And our baby who while we patiently wait to grow to start her sports career in the future. Will be show cased in conformation over the next year ❤️

Currently all these events are at night in the warmer months so won’t affect my full time work. But during the winter as I have done previous years, I may need to flip working days on the weekend to accommodate our events. And I thank you all who are always so gracious in moving appointments by a day so I can continue to do the things I love outside of grooming 🥰

I’m looking forward to seeing all of you again and getting back into routine. I’ve responded to all the messages I can find outstanding today, if I’ve missed anyone, I do apologise. Please send me another message and I’ll get back to you either tonight or first thing tomorrow.

That’s a wrap for 2025!

I was supposed to finish up last Friday, but ended up working an extra 3 days to fit in an extra 30 dogs before Christmas 😅

What a year it has been. We’ve had some incredible highs and lows. I know I’ve been grooming for a long time when I’ve spent a great deal of this year crying with owners, saying goodbye to our cherished seniors that started with me as puppies 😭 As you know my Queen Kuda was included in our fallen this year. We’ve lost some absolute legend dogs and it’s been very hard, but also a privilege to have loved so many families beautiful loved ones, and been included in their lives from the beginning to the very end ❤️

As you all know my daughter has launched our sister company Appetit, we have been overwhelmed by the support. And feel this compliments the grooming business by offering you this additional service for your pups.

I want to thank each and every one of you for another year of support and success. We have such a wonderful little community and you all keep me extremely busy!

This is my first break since last Christmas, and I decided to end the year on a high surprising my children with an early Christmas gift 🎁

Pandora has slotted into our family beautifully, our Queen can never be replaced, but it was time for us to have some joy again 🥰

I hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas with your four legged friends and loved ones. And I can’t wait to see you all again from Monday 5th 🎄🎅🐾🐶

Last year I invested in a commercial dehydrator, and starting making our own treats. My 12 year old daughter decided to launch her little business called Appetit 🦴🐶 ( you can now follow our page)

All of her treats are single protein, human grade meat. And the best part, no preservatives ❌

This time we have loads more stock, different size packs and variety as we sold out of most lines last time. The kids will be set up on the corner of Dougy Place and Ghost Gum street. 2 -5 on Monday ( Kings Birthday Holiday)

Today my Queen has fallen 💔

No measure of time with you was ever going to be enough. I wasn’t ready, how can you ever be ready to loose your heart and soul.

You’ve been with me through the hardest parts of my life. You were the heartbeat of our family. The one who made us whole. We will never be the same.

You were the best dog anyone could have ever dreamed of, you wanted for nothing in this world but me.

My heart is in a billion pieces, there’s no words for this kind of pain. I can only find comfort that you are with Bear again, fly free my precious girl. Thank you for loving me so deeply 💜

Morning again all.

Since Alfred is mucking us all around, I’ve made a snap decision to fit some dogs in today while the weather is still good.

I’m worried if this spills into next week I’m going to have too many dogs to try catch up.

Keep an eye out from messages from me as like everyone else I’m just taking this as it comes.

Thank you to those coming today who are all being accommodating of me making last minute arrangements. I’ll keep proceeding while it’s still safe to do so 😊

Good morning everyone.

I’ve made the decision to shut down for Thursday and Friday at least at this stage.

I don’t want anyone at risk of having an accident attempting to get to me and also need to ensure my own house is ready for the cyclone to hit.

I will have my list organised to reschedule everyone next week once we know what we look like on the other side of this.

Good morning everyone!

As you’ve all most likely seen. We potentially have some wild weather conditions on the way in the coming days.

Of course this week I’m fully booked for 6 full days 😱 🤣

At this stage we will leave everything booked as usual, and I will continue to keep getting through as many dogs as possible.

However, if we start getting wild winds and dangerous conditions on the roads. I’ll be touching base with each person one by one to discuss if we need to reschedule. For those who live in the area, provided I have power and the wind isn’t too extreme, I’ll continue as per plan. For those who have a distance to travel, I don’t want anyone taking unnecessary risks to get to me and we can discuss a rebooking if we feel it is required.

Fingers crossed for all of us, we don’t get the amount of rain thats potentially predicted at this time 🤞If anyone has any concerns about making your scheduled time, please don’t hesitate to contact me and we can discuss.

Good morning everyone!

Just a gentle reminder this is my last week for the year. I have extended every day and will be working 7 days this week.

I’m officially on holidays from Monday 16/12 until Sunday 5/1 to spend some much needed time with my loved ones.

I am completely booked for January and taking bookings now for February 2025.

In case I forget to post at the close of business Sunday. I would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support this year to my small business.

I hope everyone’s pups get spoiled with goodies and fun outings. And you all have a very relaxing and safe Christmas period.

Evening everyone!

My apologies for lack of posts on here. I have been touching base with everyone individually, but just a friendly reminder I will be away for 16 days in September.

This is generally when the weather starts getting warm, so I’m being super organised ensuring everyone remembers to have their pups booked in for grooms through August so those winter coats are in order before my trip 😊

I am also in the position to open my books for a small amount of new clients. I’ve sadly lost a few senior dogs, and had a couple of families leave the area. These appointments are strictly available on weekdays only.

My weekends are at capacity with my current client base. And I would like to take the opportunity to thank all my weekend customers for being so flexible with times due to our current training and competing schedules.

Ravenclaw is now one and doing amazing in both competition obedience training and lure course events. Aragon is working his way up to compete in agility with his sister next year. We will be the only Great Danes to be entering comps, so I’m happy to post event details next year for those who are interested in watching us in action 😊

Thank you everyone for your ongoing support of my small business. Looking forward to a jam packed couple of months before I sneak away for my holiday 🥰

This is the part of my job that simply breaks me

Last week we lost our crazy little Pepper 💔

I have had the honour of grooming this wee boy for 10 years. He had the most devoted, loving family who supported his every need right until
Pep let mum know it was time to say goodbye.

There are quite a few of us who have been shedding tears over this special little man 🩵 and my heart is just shattered for his brilliant family.

Goodbye our little wriggler, I will miss you, and promise to continue to take the best care of your brother Manny 🐾🤍🐾🤍
