Car Park Attendant – Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm

Are you a friendly and proactive person who enjoys working outdoors and interacting with people? Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm is looking for a Car Park Attendant to join our team and help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for our visitors.

About the Role
As a Car Park Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the farm. Your role is essential in ensuring safe and efficient parking, guiding visitors, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Directing vehicles to available parking spaces.

Managing traffic flow and ensuring a safe environment for pedestrians and drivers.

Providing friendly assistance and information to visitors upon arrival.

Assisting with parking during peak hours on weekends, school holidays and Public Holidays.

Monitoring the car park for any safety concerns or hazards.

Ensuring designated areas (such as disabled parking and staff parking) are used correctly.

Keeping the parking area clean and free from litter.

Assisting in other farm duties if required.

Requirements:
Friendly and approachable personality.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physically fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
