We don't know what Emmett is doing in these photos, and honestly, we're not sure he does either! 🤣

Is that the face of a man who has just discovered what a castration is? 👀✂️

He's looking at Scout like he's just heard some VERY concerning news… 😂💀

Don't worry, Emmett… YOUR TIME IS COMING, MATE! 😈🐶✂️

We absolutely lost it laughing at these photos. The expressions, the timing, the sheer DRAMA. Someone please tell us what is going through that big fluffy head of his! 🤣🤣

Poor Scout came in for a routine castration and somehow left Emmett questioning his entire existence. 💀😂

Wishing all our furry friends and their families a spook-tacular Halloween! 🎃🕷️ Whether you're dressing up your pets, handing out treats, or enjoying a night of trick-or-treating, we want everyone to stay safe!

🍫🚫 A LITTLE HALLOWEEN REMINDER: NO CHOCOLATE FOR PETS!

Chocolate is toxic to both dogs and cats, and even small amounts can make them sick. Dark chocolate and cooking chocolate are particularly dangerous.

🍬 Keep all lollies, chocolates and treat bags well out of paw's reach.
🍭 Be careful with sugar-free treats containing xylitol, which is highly toxic to dogs.
🎃 Keep decorations, wrappers and glow sticks away from curious mouths.
🐾 Make sure your pets have a safe, quiet space away from the Halloween hustle and bustle.

Let's keep Halloween full of treats, tail wags and happy pets — without any spooky trips to the vet! 🐶🐱

Someone’s been getting into the spooky season! 🧡🖤 Handsome Scout came in to see us for his castration and decided to bring a little Halloween magic along for the visit. 🐾🕸️

We think he looks more trick than treat… although we’re sure he was hoping for plenty of treats afterwards! 😂🍖

🍛❤️ The way to a team’s heart is through their stomach! ❤️🍽️

Dr Hamza and Dr Mahdi have spoiled us again with a delicious home-cooked lunch! 😍👨‍🍳

One of the things we love most about our GVH family is coming together around the lunch table, sharing good food, plenty of laughs, and experiencing cuisines from all around the world. 🌏🌍🌎

It's more than just lunch; it's about sharing cultures, connecting as a team and enjoying the little moments that make our workplace feel like family. 🥰💕

A huge THANK YOU to Dr Hamza and Dr Mahdi for taking the time to cook for us and share a little taste of home. We appreciate you both (and our very happy bellies certainly do too! 😂❤️).

We just can't cope with all this cuteness! 🥹🩷 These gorgeous little floofs have stolen the show, and we're not even sorry!

We were incredibly touched to receive this thoughtful gift from Jenny as a thank you for helping her say goodbye to her two beloved dogs recently. 🐾🌈

Saying goodbye to our cherished companions is one of the hardest parts of loving them, and it is a privilege we never take lightly. Being there to support families through these heartbreaking moments is a very special part of what we do, and we feel honoured to be trusted with such an important goodbye. ❤️

We may be a little late sharing the photos, but we certainly haven't forgotten to celebrate our amazing vets and vet nurses! 🥰

We had a lovely time celebrating these absolute champions with cake 🎂, pizza 🍕 and the most delicious cookies from our friends at **Cherished Memories** 🍪💕 (we love you guys!).

Behind every great veterinary team is a group of incredible people who show up every day with compassion, dedication, resilience and so much love for the animals in their care. From the beautiful moments to the tough days, our team gives so much of themselves to our patients, their families and each other. ❤️🐶🐱

We're incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful bunch of humans making a difference every single day. They deserve all the appreciation, cake and cookies in the world! 🥹💗

🐕‍🦺 WHAT’S EMMETT BEEN UP TO THIS WEEK?

Well… judging by this photo, he has been through some things.

We’re just not entirely sure what those things are. 😂

He’s had food.
He’s had cuddles.
He’s had toys.
He’s had attention from basically every person in the building.

And yet he’s lying on the floor looking like he’s just been personally betrayed by the universe.

Nicole: “Emmett, what’s wrong?”

Emmett: 🥺

Nicole: “Are you sick?”

Emmett: 🥺

Nicole: “Are you hurt?”

Emmett: 🥺

Nicole: “Are you hungry?”

👀

Emmett: 🥺

Nicole: “You literally just ate.”

Emmett: “I’m not comfortable discussing my private medical information.”

Staff member: “He looks sad.”

Nicole: “He’s fine.”

Staff member: “Maybe he needs a cuddle.”

Nicole: “He’s been cuddled for the last three hours.”

Emmett: sighs dramatically

Staff member: “I think he needs another one.”

Nicole: “YOU’RE ALL ENABLING THIS.”

Emmett: continues lying there looking like he’s waiting for the RSPCA to arrive

Meanwhile, the rest of the team are quietly taking bets on what completely imaginary tragedy has occurred. 😂

Current diagnosis:
Severe case of Nobody Is Paying Attention To Me For 4.7 Seconds.

Treatment: Immediate snacks and excessive public sympathy.

Prognosis: Dramatic but excellent. 🖤
