PATIENT HIGHLIGHT ✨

Meet Boo!

Boo came to us on a Wednesday afternoon after his Dad noticed him urinating frequently. Whilst he was still eating and drinking normally, he wasn’t acting like his usual self.

Dr. Kate to the rescue! 🐾🚨

Upon assessment Dr. Kate diagnosed him with having a Urtheral Obstruction (Blockage in the Urinary Tract).

He was immediately admitted for surgery in the late afternoon and was successfully unblocked and catheterised before being transferred to Animal Emergency Centre for overnight management and care.

Boo was transferred back to us the flooding morning for continued observation and treatment and after a few days, he was decatheterised and on his way home!

Boo’s Dad sent us through an update and Boo is back to his normal self and happy as ever! Thanks Boo’s Dad!
