Bobby popped in last week for his vaccination booster and we’re still trying to recover from the cuteness overload. 😍

With those fluffy teddy-bear looks, big paws, and "who, me?" expression, Bobby had the whole clinic wrapped around his little paw in record time. 🧸🐶

🧡 Fudge's Big Day! 🧡

Fudge checked in with us this week for his desexing procedure, and while he was very brave, he made sure to bring along his emotional support lion for the journey. 🦁🐾

We're not entirely sure who was comforting who, but these two were inseparable all day! From pre-op cuddles to recovery-time snuggles, Lion was on duty making sure Fudge felt safe and supported every step of the way. 💙

Fudge sailed through his procedure like a champion and spent the afternoon soaking up plenty of TLC from our nursing team (and his stuffed sidekick, of course).

We think it's safe to say the award for Cutest Patient and Support Crew of the Week goes to Fudge and his trusty lion! 🏆✨

As one of our Best Mates members, Sophie is a familiar face around the clinic, and we can all agree she has us completely wrapped around her paw. Whether she's here for a visit, a check-up, or simply gracing us with her beautiful face, Sophie always brightens our day.

💉🐾 Buddy's Brave Boy Moment 🐾💉

Buddy popped in for his vaccination and was an absolute champion!

Rumour has it he was expecting something much more dramatic... but after a few pats, a treat, and a quick poke, it was all over before he knew it. 😄

Keeping vaccinations up to date is one of the easiest ways to help protect our furry friends from preventable diseases, and Buddy on the right track!

We think Buddy deserves a treat (or three) for being such a good boy. 💙🐶

When it comes to nail trims, most of our patients require a nurse, a second nurse, a distraction specialist, a treat dispenser, and sometimes a negotiator... 😅

Not Baz.

Baz strolled in this week, offered up his paws like a true gentleman, and had his nail trim done with just one nurse. No fuss, no drama, no bribery required.

If there was an Olympic event for being good at nail trims, we're pretty sure Baz would be taking home the gold medal. 🏅🐾

Just look at that smile! 😁🐾

Ollie visited us recently for a thorough ear clean under sedation. Sometimes our furry friends can have ears that are a little too sore, sensitive, or full of debris to clean comfortably while they're awake. Sedation allows us to give them a deep clean without causing stress and helps us get a much better look at what's going on inside.

Judging by that big smile, we'd say Ollie is feeling much more comfortable now! 💙

For the past couple of weeks, we've had the pleasure of hosting Petra for her veterinary placement. ✨

Petra travelled all the way from Queensland to spend time with our team, and it has been an absolute pleasure having her here. Her enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and positive attitude made her a wonderful addition to the clinic.

We're so grateful she chose to complete her placement with us and can't wait to see where her veterinary career takes her. We have no doubt she has a bright future ahead!

A few weeks with Heidi just wasn’t enough 🐾💚

Our local Narromine girl has been spending time with the team as a vet student, and we can confidently say this bush kid is going to do amazing things in the veterinary industry when she graduates later this year 👩‍⚕️✨

Heidi jumped straight in, worked hard, asked all the right questions and fit into the clinic like she’d always been part of the team. We’ve absolutely loved having her around, we will really miss her but can’t wait to see where her vet journey takes her next 🐶🐱🐴

The future of rural veterinary care is looking pretty bright 💫
