Cows have become one of the biggest talking points in the climate debate, but the story isn’t that simple.

Healthy cattle rely on healthy pasture.

And healthy pasture depends on good land management.

After spending time with Australian Good Meat, seeing regenerative grazing and pasture management firsthand, I’m more convinced than ever that, in the right system, cattle can be part of the solution… not just the problem. 🐮❤️

One dog hack that costs NOTHING...💰 

It could completely transform mealtimes.

1. Food down.
2. Give them 10–15 minutes.
3. If they don’t eat it, pick it up.

The full results from the 5 Hounds Titre Testing Roadshow:

737 dogs tested

2,211 individual immunity results analysed

90.9% demonstrated protective immunity

78.8% demonstrated strong immunity

50.5% achieved the highest immunity score possible

Only 9.1% fell into the range where vaccination would generally be recommended

Importantly, this isn’t an argument against vaccination.

Some of these dogs absolutely needed a booster and titre testing helped us identify them.

But these results do reinforce one important message = dogs are individuals 🙏🏼

STOP your dog chewing their paws raw. Steroid free edition 🚀

The soak handles the symptom. But the true magic happens in the bowl.

Stinging nettle - natural antihistamine. 
Green tea - anti-inflammatory. 
Raw apple c***r vinegar - kills the yeast behind most chronic paw chewing.

The below recipe (makes ~2L, lasts 4 days): 
- 2L water 
- 8 stinging nettle tea bags 
- 4 green tea bags 
- ¼ cup Apple C***r Vinegar

Simmer water, steep tea bags 10 mins, cool fully, stir in ACV. Store in the fridge.

Soak paws 5 mins after every walk. Pat dry, do not wash off…

Our rescue girl Charlie 🩷
