🐾 IMDT & APDT Australia member Hi I'm Annette and I'm the trainer here at ALT-K9 Training. I've worked in the animal care industry for over 15 years, mainly as a veterinary nurse, but also training dogs and running puppy classes. I know it's cliche but I always wanted to work with animals, especially dogs, and my love

for training started with my own dog during my teenage years. I wanted to teach him many tricks and he was a fast learner, so I spent a lot of time with him teaching him obedience exercises and creating little obstacle courses for him to go over. The passion never subsided, and now two of my current dogs are competing in dog sports. I spend most of my free time playing with & training them. I'm an Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) trainer & member and hold a Cert IV in Animal Behaviour & Training. Classes are currently being held in Donnybrook WA.
