Its taken me a bit to write this as it’s been a tough one to accept but we lost our beautiful Warmblood mare NEP Riccadonna, or Evie as she was known as at home,

Evie, We are going to miss you so much, Your big beautiful soulful eyes, your presence and cuddles, just all of you 😭

You were the most beautiful mare inside and out, nothing was ever a issue with you, you just went along with no hassles ,

I was so excited when I purchased you, I couldn’t believe you were going to grace our paddocks and bred to Tomtom, a breeding I long waited for and you must have know how much I wanted that breeding that you thought mmm I might drag this out , we kept getting negative pregnancy results time and time again, I started to give up then I thought I’ll try the following season, and the first cover you took, I remember that day when the vet said you were positive, my god I cried, Jennay was there with me crying and we celebrated after, finally I couldn’t believe I was going to have a Evie x Tomtom foal, well it didn’t stop there , you held onto that little baby for nearly 12months , the suspense was killing me, think you enjoyed dragging that out 🤣 then one night I checked you on the camera and I knew you were foaling, I just knew.
I rushed out there and seen you were struggling and foal wasn’t presented right, I was so worried I was going to lose you and your foal but we got through it Evie, no complaints or anything, you just soldered on , you always did.
And wow didn’t you make the weight worth every minute , you gave us the most beautiful c**t, He is to this day a replica of you in so many ways, gives me the bestest cuddles and kisses, has your big gorgeous eyes , I look at him and all I see is you .

Thank you Evie for everything, I’m glad we got to give you a amazing retirement with the heard for the past 4 years, Big mare will miss you , I’ll miss you more then you’ll know girl xx

Thank you to Nikki and Greg for looking after all our retired mares like their own, I know it’s just as hard on them as us when we lose one, You guys are so special to us xx

Thank you Shari for giving our girl a quick peaceful passing, you showed her dignity, care and respect, Cannot thank you enough for being there.

Thank you to Chris for being there in that hard moment, I couldn’t have done it with you x

Our beautiful smoky black warmblood filly Zella has been weaned a few weeks now, she is 7 months and is a monster, think this girl might hit the 17h mark, not far off her dams height already,
Zella has handled the weaning process so well, all her handling as well, We are obsessed with her and really looking forward to watch her grow 🖤

Zella’s sire is the incredible LE FORMIDABLE and her dam is the beautiful ANATOLE 🖤

Better late then never 🫣in April we attended the 2026 WAAHA ALL ARABIAN , Thank you to the Show organisers, Judges, Sponsors for all your support , it was such a great day out and perfect weather.

Cherokee Lodge horses did us extremely proud that day, Truly as a breeder these are the moments you hope for with horses you’ve bred💜

Thank you to all the lovely comments we had on our beautiful mare, She sure showed herself off and was an absolute pleasure all day.

Then our beautiful little homebred Arabian pony filly CHEROKEE LODGE FANCIAZZ made her debut with her new owner Shush Kingham, Looking absolutely stunning, she blew me away soon as I saw them walking across the grounds to the rings, always knew this filly was special and it’s so wonderful to see her in a home where she will reach her full potential.

CL Fanciazz brought home many awards throughout the day, the highlight was when she was awarded
🌟GRAND CHAMPION Jnr Derivative Exhibit🌟 , I was so proud, her full sibling CL I’m So Fanci won that award at the 2023 All Arabian, I was super proud breeder right there then she was called forward as the winner of the 🌟SUPREME ARABIAN DERIVATIVE EXHIBIT🌟 🥂🥂🥂🥂🥂

We are expecting full sibling in early August, Wonder what we will get this season ?

Congratulations to everyone else on their great day out, was wonderful to see everyone and some new faces out there, Looking forward to the next one.

A bit late but thought I’d share the excitement of my Christmas present from Chris and Gerrard 🥰

We are now the very proud owners of OSORY ANIKA , the beautiful welsh mountain mare sired by SHORE BROOKS HOW EVER ( IMP NL) out of the gorgeous mare OSORY LUSCIOUS,

We leased Anika off Lorraine and Katie Adamek for a couple of years, proudly producing 2 stunning fillies for us, CL Im So Fanci and CL Fanciazz 💜 Anika returned home to Lorraine and Katie and only after a few weeks Lorraine messaged me that they are looking at selling Anika, I straight away messaged Chris letting him know Anika was going to be for sale, and Chris knowing how much I adore that pony, went and made all the arrangements with Lorraine, then Chris and Gerrard surprised me a few days later on what my Christmas present was to be as she wouldn’t fit under the tree 🤣

Honestly can not Thank Lorraine, Katie , Ashleigh, Chris and Gerrard for making this happen, It was so great to have her back home, Looking forward to seeing what Anika produces this year for us, She is currently in Foal to our resident Arabian Pony stallion AJAY FIREWORKS for a August Baby 😍

What a way to spend the first day of 2026, Spent it with these two gorgeous c**ts, Cherokee Lodge TruVision and Cherokee Lodge NexLevel 😍

Fynch has had a well deserved break and coming in to start the next chapter, He really is starting to find his power, Such a big moving c**t. Fynch is sired by our resident Warmblood stallion WHATS COLOUR IMP ( Samber) and his dam is the beautiful Warmblood mare NEP RICCADONNA (Royal Oak IMP ) .

And Leo has come in to start more training, Loving how this c**t is growing, such a funny boy, every day you find yourself laughing at his antics, He sure is going to be a lot of fun, Leo is sired by the sadly Dec Warmblood stallion ZED who carries Metall and Ferro in his pedigree out of our stunning mare ANATOLE, Leo is also Homozygous for Tobiano, is warmblood and Part Arabian registered so is fantastic for all those Arabian enthusiasts who will be looking at adding some colour ☺️

Looking forward to seeing what 2026 bring these super upcoming c**ts 🥰

Been getting messages asking if we still have Leo as we haven’t put much about him lately, The answer is Yes we absolutely still have Leo, He just has been one of the slowest awkward growing youngsters I’ve ever owned and didnt photgraph well 😂

So after a wash today on this beautiful sunny day, i took the advantage to snap some quick pics while he looks somewhat half decent, But still awkward 😂

Hopefully we get to campaign him in 2026, I truly believe once this c**t matures , He will be something special 🥰

On the 17th November we welcomed our only foal for the 2025 season, An exceptional smoky black filly sired by the incredible KWPN Champion warmblood stallion LE FORMIDABLE out of our multi Supreme of Supreme winning mare ANATOLE, Beautiful Zella is the most unique exquisite foal I think I have ever seen to date, I knew this breeding would be something but Zella is whole new level , She has really blown us and anyone who meets her away,

She is tall,dark and so feminine, when you think she couldn’t get any more perfect she moves, What a elegant powerhouse this filly is.

We are absolutely smitten with her, Calida is being an incredible mum as always , Zella definitely keeps her on her toes with all the running she does now she has found her long legs ,

Really looking forward to watching Zella grow.

She will be registered Warmblood with AWHA, Part Arabian with AHSA and Dilute.
