Please join us on Saturday 12 July for a celebration of our 60th birthday. There will be fun stuff for the kids to do, a coffee van and a gold coin sausage sizzle plus more. This is also an opportunity for us to say a big THANK YOU to our wonderful supporters, volunteers and foster carers who give so much to help the hundreds of animals that pass through the shelter every year.

While we’re getting ready for the excitement, let’s not forget our furry friends who might not be as thrilled about the loud noises 🙉

Cracker night can be overwhelming for our furry friends. To help them feel safe and secure, consider keeping them indoors away from the noise 🏠

🥰 Creating a cozy, quiet space can also provide comfort during this time.

🎶 Drowning out the loud sounds with soft music or white noise may help ease their anxiety.

✅ Don't forget to ensure that microchip contact details are up to date and that your pet's ID tags are on, just in case they get frightened and wander off.
